1 General provisions.
1.1 These Rules of Purchase and Sale of Goods (hereinafter referred to as the “Purchase Rules”) are a legal document binding on the parties, in which the Buyer and UAB YAKKA TECHNOLOGY , company code 302945637 , address R.Kalantos G 161, LT50315 Kaunas Lithuania , (hereinafter – the Seller ), rights and obligations, conditions of purchase and payment for goods, delivery and return procedure, liability of the parties and other issues related to the purchase and sale of goods in the e-shop http://kn95.lt provisions.
1.2 By placing an order, the Buyer confirms that he agrees with these Rules.
1.3 The Agreement between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment when the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart in the e-shop, indicating the delivery address, selected the payment method and read the Rules, clicks the “Buy” button and pays for the goods.
2 Protection of personal data.
2.1 When ordering goods in the e-shop http://kn95.lt , the buyer must provide the data requested during the purchase: name, surname, delivery address, telephone number and e-mail address.
2.2 The Buyer is responsible for providing correct data at the time of purchase.
2.3 By placing an order, the Buyer agrees that the personal data provided by him will be processed for the purposes of order execution. The Buyer also agrees that the e-mail specified by the Buyer information messages necessary for ordering the goods would be sent to the e-mail address .
2.4 The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only with the Buyer’s own consent.
2.5 The Seller undertakes not to disclose the Buyer’s personal data to third parties, except when required by the competent State authority in the cases provided by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania or with the separate written consent of the Buyer.
3 Buyer’s rights and obligations.
3.1 The Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller the agreed amount for the ordered goods and accept them.
3.2 Provide complete, complete and correct information on the report form. If the Buyer provides inaccurate, false or misleading data in the payment form ,http://kn95.lt has the right to cancel the Buyer’s registration and delete the data.
3.3 If the Buyer’s data provided in the purchase form changes, the Buyer must immediately inform the Seller.
3.4 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract of purchase and sale of goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Rules of Return Purchase of Goods.
3.5 By placing an order in the e-shop http://kn95.lt , the Buyer agrees with these Purchase and Sale Rules and undertakes them and the established legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
4 Seller’s rights and obligations.
4.1 The Seller undertakes to create all conditions for the Buyer to properly use the services provided by the e-shop http://kn95.lt
4.2 If the Buyer tries to damage the stability and security of the e-shop or violates its obligations, the Seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict, suspend or revoke the Buyer’s access to the e-shop.
4.3 The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s right to privacy of the personal information belonging to the Buyer specified in the purchase form and not to transfer it to third parties.
4.4 The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods ordered by the Buyer to the address specified by the Buyer.
4.5 In case of significant circumstances, the Seller may temporarily or permanently terminate the activities of the e-shop without prior notice to the Buyer.
4.6 The Seller may unilaterally change the terms of these Rules.
4.7 If the Buyer uses the services provided by http://kn95.lt after the changes in these terms and conditions , it is considered that the Buyer has agreed to the change of the Rules.
5 Ordering goods, prices, payment procedure, terms.
5.1 In the e-shop, the Buyer can buy online 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. per day.
5.2 All prices of goods in the e-shop are indicated in euros, including VAT, and in other currencies, including VAT.
5.3 The buyer undertakes to pay for the order by e-mail. in the store by choosing one of the methods:

- Simple bank transfer. This way you can transfer money and pay for goods even from foreign banks.
6 Delivery of goods.
6.1 The buyer undertakes to indicate the exact place of delivery of the goods.
6.2 The buyer undertakes to accept the goods himself. In the event that the Buyer is unable to accept the goods himself and the goods are delivered to the specified address, the Buyer shall not be entitled to make claims to the Seller regarding the delivery of the goods to the wrong entity.
6.3 The Goods shall be sent to the Buyer and delivered within 10 to 20 working days from the confirmation of payment. Some goods may have a longer delivery time, and their delivery times are indicated next to the product description. Due to the specifics of the work of delivery services (couriers), delays are possible.
6.4 In all cases, the Seller is released from liability for non-compliance with the terms of delivery of goods, if the goods are not delivered to the Buyer or are not delivered on time due to the fault of the Buyer or due to circumstances beyond the Seller’s control.
6.5 The Buyer must immediately inform the Seller if the consignment is received in a damaged package, if the consignment received unsolicited goods or an incorrect quantity thereof, incomplete goods.
6.6 The Buyer must e. send to the Seller by e-mail [email protected] photos of the damaged parcel and / or product (s).
7 Product quality, guarantees.
7.1 All data of goods sold in the e-shop http://kn95.lt are indicated in the product description attached to each product.
7.2 The quantities of goods shown in the store in the photos are not always related to the price of the goods – the price of more than one unit of goods may be displayed. The units of measurement are specified in the product description. The colour of the goods may vary slightly depending on the monitor used by the Buyer.
7.3 The seller may provide an appropriate quality guarantee for individual types of goods , the specific term and other conditions of which are specified in the description of the goods .
8 WITHDRAWAL OF THE CONTRACT AND RETURN OF GOODS
8.1 The legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania establish the right of the buyer to withdraw from the contract of sale or supply of goods concluded by means of communication, including the Internet, without giving any reason.
8.2 The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement within 14 days from the day when he or the person specified in the order for goods receives the ordered goods. The Buyer must send the goods to the Seller or another person authorised by him immediately and no later than within 14 days from the date of submission of the notice of withdrawal to the Seller. The term is not violated if the Buyer sent the goods before the expiry of the 14-day term.
8.3 In order to exercise the right to withdraw from the purchase-sale agreement, the Buyer must provide the Seller – UAB Yakka Technology, legal entity code 302945637 , address R.Kalantos G 161, LT50315 Kaunas Lithuania , [email protected] .lt notify of your decision to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement by submitting an unambiguous statement (eg by post or e-mail). The Buyer may use the model contract withdrawal form, which is approved by the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Lithuania in 2014. 8.4 The Buyer must return the Goods in the original and undamaged packaging (with instructions and warranty card, if provided with the Goods). The Buyer is responsible for the assembly and packaging of the item. If the item is not properly assembled and packaged, the Seller has the right not to accept the returned item. When returning the goods, the Buyer must fill in and sign the return form.
8.5 Goods may not be returned if they have been used and / or damaged and / or have lost their appearance (changes in the appearance of the goods or their packaging that were necessary to inspect the goods are not considered to be substantial changes in the appearance of the goods).
8.6 The buyer has no right to withdraw from the sales contract in the following cases: if the sales contract was concluded for packaged goods that were unpacked after delivery and which are unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons;
8.7 The Seller shall return the amounts paid for the returned goods to the Customer no later than within 14 days from the date of returning the goods to the Seller or from the submission of the Customer’s proof to the Seller that the goods have been shipped, whichever occurs first.
8.8 The Seller shall refund the money using the same payment method as the Buyer used in the initial payment transaction, unless the Buyer expressly agrees to another method. In any case, the Buyer shall not be required to pay any fees associated with such return.
8.9 If the delivered goods do not meet the quality requirements, the Buyer has the opportunity to replace the goods delivered to him with other similar goods or return them within 14 days.
8.10 Clauses 8.4-8.5 of these Rules shall also apply to the return of goods when they do not meet the quality requirements.
8.11 The buyer has the right to return to the seller only defective or incomplete goods. Disposable items are non-refundable.
9 Marketing and information.
9.1 The seller can organise various promotions and offers in the e-shop http://kn95.lt
9.2 The Seller has the right to unilaterally, without separate notice, change the terms of the shares, as well as cancel them. Any change or cancellation of the terms and conditions of the shares shall take effect from the moment of their change or cancellation.
9.3 The Seller shall send notifications to the Buyer to the e-mail address specified in the Buyer’s purchase form.
9.4 The Buyer shall send all notices and questions to the Seller’s e-mail. the contacts listed in the “Contacts” section of the store.
9.5 The Seller shall not be liable if the Buyer does not receive the sent information or confirmation messages due to internet connection, e-mail service provider network failures, messages entering the SPAM catalog, or due to incorrect data provided by the Buyer.
9.6 The Buyer’s personal data may be processed for marketing purposes under the conditions specified in Clause 2.4 of these Rules.
10 Final provisions.
10.1 These Purchase and Sale Purchase Rules have been drawn up in accordance with the laws and legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania.
10.2 These rules are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disagreement arising from the implementation of these rules shall be settled by negotiation. If no agreement is reached, the decision shall be made in accordance with the procedure established by law.
